and he’s a great sport! as a model I don’t understand how people can stand shooting other people, i can’t stand models. but he’s great because he takes direction incredibly well and has such an interesting face. I think if i were to take more of an interest in black and white he has a great face for portrait.

I’m gonna miss him this month! I’m gonna miss cuddles the most. manitou is not PA. I can’t just call over a scrubby bunch for paint and cuddles. my pyrex glass boyfriend just isn’t enough. but this little screaming octopuss I bought at least has a face i can look at, the act feels less synthetic/robotic and more personable and cute. but NOT AS GOOD AS CUDDLES!

I’m content this year in starting fresh and not committing past mistakes. respecting myself involves abandoning old haunts and keeping my body an alter to appreciate from afar instead of offering quick enlightenment for 10-15 minutes of my time.

be here now on this glorious beach, re-connecting a relationship with the pace of nature. re-connecting with myself.

Going to try to keep a regular update of my time down there. I’ll have my tablet out there so we’ll see.

I should start all the fucking laundry though. I need pants, sacrifice some scrubs I guess…..really wish they could spend that extra dollar and not use bleach as the main cleaner. Why did I wait until the day before to do everything? Tis the way show rolls.

Farewell my friends. Artists and dear friends who read this, I beg you to come out and visit (may 24th - june 19th) lets shoot and paint and frolic ‘round the beach! I’ll have my cell, and like I said before my tablet so I’ll be able to communicate with the outside world I am so eagerly trying to escape!
